Duration of the Course        : 2 Years + 3 months Training
Annual Intake Capacity       : 60 Seats
Approval & Affiliation         : Pharmacy Council of India, New Delhi
                                            : Department of Health, Medical Education & Family Welfare, Government of Jharkhand.
Examination Authority        : Diploma in Pharmacy Examination Committee, Govt. of Jharkhand
 
Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates should have completed 10+2 or its equivalent with science subject (Physics, Chemistry, Biology / Maths) from a recognized university/school board.

1. Completely Filled Admission Form
2. Matric / 10th Board Certificate
3. Matric / 10th Mark sheet
4. Intermediate / 12th (Science) Pass Certificate
5. Intermediate / 12th (Science) Mark sheet
6. School Leaving Certificate / College Leaving Certificate (Last Attended)
7. Conduct / Character Certificate (Last Attended)
8. Passport Size Photo- 8 nos.
9. Migration Certificate (Necessary for students other than Jharkhand state)
10. Aadhar Card
11. Cast certificate (if necessary)
12. Residence Certificate (if necessary)
13. Income certificate(if necessary)
NB: All Original Certificates and Two set Xerox Copy of Both Sides with Full Signature of Candidate
